The accommodation is old and poorly maintained. Some equipments are broken at our arrival and the state of cleanliness is very average. The mattresses are very tired. We specifically booked accommodation at the foot of the slopes but we end up having to take elevators and walk for several minutes in the building's corridors to finally arrive at the stairs that will take us to the final ascent to the ESF and the ski lifts. I don't call this at the foot of the slopes. Fortunately the view is magnificent and the good weather all week helped us to get past the exorbitant price of this accommodation. Apartment well located (Nova 1) in relation to the slopes but it must be deserved because it will be necessary to go up your suitcases on foot by a beautiful slope along the large building. Once installed, the view is beautiful and the small terrace to the south is very pleasant for a lunch in the sun. The accommodations have aged and we wonder why they had opted for "cabin" bathrooms when they were built but it remains correct, quiet and well heated.

Beautiful apartment but not practical for skiers. Plan an evacuation of the local ski bin. The easiest access is by the elevator on floor 6, then there is only one flight of stairs. On arrival, do not take the Charvet parking but continue on Villard and park after the Nova access.

Apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley. located at Nova 4, pleasant residence: we were not bothered by the noise even though we were on school vacations. It is necessary to walk a little to reach the shops because the entrance 4 is located below the residence but the children were happy to walk among the snow-covered trees every morning and to go back down in the sledge. Too bad no ski lockers! The apartment itself is functional. The kitchen equipment is a bit outdated and the dishes are mismatched, a bit too small for 6, but apart from that we had a great stay and plan to come back next year!
