Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you've come to the right place. We want your stay with us to be as special and easy as possible, and the gite is carefully equipped with this in mind.
Our gîte in Ouzouer-sur-Loire is ideally situated between the Loire and the Orléans forest.
La Maison forestière, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a historic site of the Second World War. Visits and educational events are organized here. The Etang du Ravoir is a unique site, home to the Osprey nature reserve with its nests and observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horse-riding and cycling trails, as well as a fitness trail.
The gîte is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Etang du Cosson, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (château), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-ludic beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its château, 15 km from Gien and its château... 116 m² house comprising first floor: living room with fireplace, dining room with pellet stove, open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room, closed garage. First floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200 cm, bathroom, shower room with toilet.
Pleasant 800m² garden with relaxation lounge and 6-seater freestanding jacuzzi (outside in the garden from April to September and inside in the laundry room from October to March).
All-inclusive rate: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels included and end-of-stay cleaning included. Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival from 12pm and departure at 10am.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning
(excluding washing-up and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
Optional services to be paid on site and booked before arrival:
