Arranged over 2 levels, with a floor area of 75 m2 and 65m2 carrez, it benefits from a terrace and a sunny garden with a converted veranda.
This warmly decorated vacation home can accommodate 4/5 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with access by a step to the south-facing living room (sofa with extra bed). There's an adjoining laundry room, a shower room with window and large shower tray, and a separate toilet. The ground floor bedroom, accessed via the kitchen, opens onto the veranda. The staircase from the living room leads to a cozy mezzanine area and a children's bedroom (sleeps 2). The garden, elevated from the street, features 2 terraces. The apartment is also equipped with WIFI.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
