We propose to you to the hiring, with Arradon, this charming contemporary house with 300m of the beach and the coastal paths in a calm environment, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be made on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 50m2, very luminous, with TV, WIFI (optical fiber), fireplace (wood not provided)
- An open kitchen, equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, gas hob, dishwasher...)
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), with private shower room (sink and shower), separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), two bedrooms with a single bed each (90x190), plenty of storage space (children's games and books available)
- A bathroom with double basin and bathtub
- Separate toilet
- A mezzanine with a desk and a sofa bed.
Baby equipment : cot, baby booster seat with shelf (>6 months)
At your disposal if needed : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- You will be able to enjoy a beautiful, enclosed exterior of 300m2, southwest facing, quiet, with a 40m2 terrace, with garden furniture (table, chairs, umbrella, garden furniture and barbecue). Two private parking spaces outside.
The house is ideally located in Arradon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vannes train station 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantic 1 hour 30 minutes
