We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Flassans-sur-Issole, this charming contemporary villa with, natural air-conditioning (roof terrace plant), swimming pool and jacuzzi, of a surface of 300 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 120 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The ground floor accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 120 m² with TV, sitting area and fireplace (wood can be provided on request)
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Dining area for 10 guests
- Office area
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed for a young child.

One of the bedrooms is slightly elevated and accessible by stairs
- Four bathrooms with shower or bathtub, three bathrooms out of four are equipped with WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 3,000 m² directly overlooking the Barbaroux golf course. Fenced and secured area with automatic gate, only the part facing the golf course is not fenced. The space is entirely private, garden furniture is available as well as deckchairs.
- Two south-facing terraces: one shaded by more than 60m2, and the other near the jacuzzi and the swimming pool
- A private heated swimming pool (2.5m X 4m X 1.4m in depth), open from April to the end of October
- A patio with a jacuzzi for 7 people, available all year round
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The villa is ideally located in Flassans-sur-Issole, in a very pleasant environment, in the Golf de Barbaroux villa development, which has about 100 villas within the Golf. Access to the motorway is 5 kms away. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
Activities :
- Golf within walking distance, spa in the immediate vicinity thanks to the golf facilities.
- Less than 60 kms away: seaside (Toulon / Hyeres / Saint Tropez), as well as the lake of Sainte Croix or the gorges of Verdon.
- In the immediate vicinity (less than 20 kms): the region of the Sainte Baume, a high place of Christianity, the Provençal villages, the prestigious wine estates.
- Nearby towns: Marseille, Aix en Provence or Nice are 70 kms away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house, outside, which can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles of any type. The place is secure.
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:

- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Dates of use of the swimming pool are not binding.
