In Carroz d'Arâches, resort of Haute-Savoie (74) of the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Carroz, Samoens, Sixt) close to Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc massif, we propose you this family chalet entirely renovated with a surface of 180 m² and which can welcome 15 travelers. The house is ideally located, in a very pleasant and quiet environment benefiting from a magnificent view on the Pointe d'Areu and the Peak Marcelly while being close to the center of the village and the shops.
It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m² with a stove, an open fully equipped kitchen, 5 nice bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a home cinema/TV room and you can enjoy a terrace and a garden of about 2500 m² to taste the mountain air.
Sheets and towels are included. Lovers of skiing and hiking with family or friends, we are waiting for you.
The accommodation consists of :
On the ground floor:
- An entrance composed of a dressing room, a ski room with a boot dryer, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer and a small refrigerator.
- A video lounge with armchairs, a video projector equipped with a Chromecast (Molotov subscription allowing access to over 80 channels), board games.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×190), a dressing room, an adjoining shower room with Italian shower, sink, hair dryer and towel dryer
- separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- A 40 m² living room with wood stove (logs available), armchairs, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, refrigerator/freezer, blender, raclette and fondue machine, Nespresso and filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×190), a dressing room and a desk.
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink, towel dryer and hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
- A mezzanine with desk, pouf, books and games at disposal.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190), a dressing room and two extra beds (90×190) on the floor.
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190), a dressing room and a desk.
- Bedroom 5: 2×2 bunk beds (90×190) and a single bed (90×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower, sink, towel dryer and hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 2,500 m², south facing.
- A terrace accessible from the living room, facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have added the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Located in the commune of Arâches (74300) at an altitude of 1000 m in the Lays sector, 150 m from the free Skibus stop (serving the Grand Massif domain) and a Spar supermarket. The center of the village of Les Carroz is 900 m away.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the chalet which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free shuttles at 3 minutes walking distance to reach the resort "Les Carroz" and its slopes.
- Nearest train station: Cluses train station located about 18 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 55 minutes by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A snow removal company will come as soon as the snow falls.
