The shuttle landing stage is a 15-minute walk away. If you have luggage and no electric cart, we advise you to book a cab to the villa. Please note that the villa is at the top of a short but steep climb.

A little history
The islands of Les Saintes or Les Saintes, in Guadeloupean Creole Lésent, are an archipelago of volcanic islets in the French West Indies in the Caribbean Sea. Divided between the communes of Terre-de-Haut and Terre-de-Bas, Les Saintes are administratively attached to Guadeloupe. Its inhabitants are called Saintois(es).
The smell of pancakes on the island quickly confirmed the Breton origin of these inhabitants. After numerous English invasions, which were always repelled, the first settlers arrived in the archipelago in the 1640's. They were Bretons, Normans, Vendeans and Alsatians.
