This cozy 25-square-meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), has a balcony with a lovely view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people, whether you're coming with family or friends. And with its location, you'll be able to take advantage of the mountains and all their activities: skiing, tobogganing, hiking... The choice is yours!

Accommodation
The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed opening onto a balcony with a lovely view.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
For your convenience, professional housekeeping is performed before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located in the town center and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike rental services, cable cars, supermarkets, sporting goods stores, ski schools... The Les Houches ski area is just 650 m away! So you can enjoy all kinds of mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking... You can also discover Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes away on foot, with a wide range of summer activities including cliff climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, a rope pyramid, picnics... ) and Chamonix (just 13 minutes away by car) for an excursion to the Aiguille du Midi.
A "Cyprien Sports" ski rental store is located almost at the foot of the building.

Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
