We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Taninges, this charming flat with ski resort Le Praz de Lys accessible on foot, of a surface of 67 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 32 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. We are waiting for you!
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 32 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- On the mezzanine: sleeping area with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and two single beds

Outside :
- A 5m² balcony facing north with a magnificent view of the mountains.
The flat is ideally located in Taninges, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- In winter, you can enjoy many ski resorts nearby: Praz de lys-Sommand accessible on foot, Samoens (28 km / 35 minutes), les Carroz (30 km/ about 40 minutes), Flaine (45 km / about 60 minutes) etc.
- In summer :

Visits to waterfalls such as Sixt Fer à Cheval, discovery of the magnificent Sixt Fer à Cheval cirque...
