Beautiful villa "Villa Ciuffini", 2 storeys, detached. 2 km from the centre of Patresi, 1.5 km from the centre of Colle d'Orano, 15 km from the centre of Marciana Marina, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).
