Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room. 2.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km. Local sale of farm products. Pool with mobile roofing (roofed until end of May/beginning of September, otherwise open), the roofing may only be operated by the owner.
