This spacious holiday apartment for couples and small families offers its guests a comfortable stay in picturesque Niedernsill in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Equipped with a barbecue and garden as well as a ski room, guests can spend happy vacation days here in summer as well as in winter.
Niedernsill is in the immediate vicinity of well-known holiday resorts such as Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach and Kitzbühel. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area with over 400 km of pistes is only 14 km away, and the ski bus stop is only 200 m from the house. During summers, you can cool off in the nearby Niedernsill bathing lake or dive into the crystal-clear water in Zell am See.
