This charming 30 m² apartment has been completely refurbished and is warm, well-appointed and ready to accommodate 4 people. It has a BALCONY with a magnificent mountain VIEW! You'll be staying right in the center of the village, where you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation
Located on the second floor (no elevator), this fully-equipped, well-appointed apartment is decorated in Scandinavian style. Ideal for a mountain break with friends or family, it can accommodate up to four people.
It includes: a mountain corner with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed in the living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a new shower room and a lovely sitting area with sofa where you can relax after an intensive day of activities! For an excellent stay, you'll have everything you need: parking space, TV, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning service is provided after each guest.
Don't miss out on visiting sites of interest such as the "Grands Bains du Monêtier" aquatic center, a five-minute walk from the accommodation, the Tourist Office, 4 minutes away, the Museum of Sacred Art, 3 minutes away, and many more. If you like hiking, there are a number of trails close by! Take advantage of the brand-new climbing wall at the foot of the slopes, and the bike park right next to the Grands Bains!
You're just a 10-minute walk from the slopes of Serre-chevalier, where you can take full advantage of winter and summer activities such as downhill skiing, giant zip lines, mountain karts, hiking, climbing with the brand-new climbing wall at the foot of the slopes and the brand-new bike park right next to the Grands Bains, picnics ....
You'll find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants and ski rental outlets. For your daily shopping, the sherpa supermarket is just 3 minutes from the accommodation. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Location
On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, Monêtier les Bains is part of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort, perfect for a breath of fresh air.
It's a commune rich in heritage, with its Notre-Dame de l'Assomption and Saint-Claude de Monêtiers-les-bains churches, as well as its Sacred Arts Museum.
