This 20 m² studio, located on the 1st floor without elevator, has a balcony with a view of the lake and can accommodate 4 people.
All mountain activities are close at hand: skiing, tobogganing, hiking... You'll be spoilt for choice!

Accommodation
The studio is warm, bright and well-equipped, making it ideal for a ski vacation. Come with family or friends, it can accommodate 4 people.
The living area includes a sleeping area with a bunk bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with a sofa bed, opening onto the balcony with its lovely view.
The following facilities are available: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. For your convenience, a professional housekeeping service is provided before and after each trip.
The location is ideal! It's just 100 meters from the gondolas, and free shuttles are available to the town center, where you can easily find everything you need: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ski rental services, ski schools, and much more...
You'll appreciate the proximity (5-minute walk) of the Prarion ski lifts (Domaine des Houches) and the Lac des Chavants, with a wide range of summer activities including rock climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, a rope pyramid, picnics...
All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking...
You can also discover Chamonix (only 15 minutes away by car), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.

Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
