Dirty, dilapidated apartment. Dirty walls and floor, drips on the walls, mould and grime in the bathroom, we also found dried ham on the floor and a dirty sock under a bed, dirty comforters and pillows. Shower rail and toaster broken. Light kitchen equipment (bowls and cutlery in particular). In short. A bit of tidying up and freshening up is in order. But not at this price! Otherwise well located and plenty of storage space.
