Gîte "La Maison de Marius" is located just 30 min from Orléans, 30 min from Château de Chamerolles, 30 min from Forêt d'Orléans, 35 min from Pithiviers, 1h30 from Paris... Right in the center of Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, RN20 and also the A10 and A19 motorways. Enclosed garden 700 m2
This gîte would make an ideal place to stay with family, friends or colleagues. First floor: living and dining room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms: one with 2 90 cm beds and one with 1 140 cm bed, separate toilet, shower room with bath and shower, laundry room.
On the 1st floor, two bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm and one with 1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm and a shower room with toilet.

Wifi installation in progress, will be available from 13/10/2022.
All-inclusive rates: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
