The TARTAY MILL with flour is from 1874.
Part of the Mill of Tartay, a Gîte of 60 m2 has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower
and a separate toilet.
It is designed for 2, 3 or 4 persons.
Children are welcome.
After a wooden staircase in the farmhouse of the Moulin de Tartay (14 steps with landing),
the accommodation includes a large open plan kitchen, a living room overlooking the kitchen
with a large bay window overlooking the pool and a flat screen TV is provided.
WiFi is free and air-conditioned in the accommodation.
A laundry room outside the accommodation is at your disposal.
Automatic gate, secured and an independent entrance to access the housing of the Mill of Tartay.
The Mill is under surveillance by external cameras.
The land is fenced and secured (15000 m2).
The garden is composed of a heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards. (a discharge will be asked to each customer and for each stay) open from 8 am to 8 pm for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a gantry under the responsibility of the parents (open from March to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions.
The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay domain.
A private terrace with a barbecue and a brazier is available.
A soccer field, a beach volleyball court, a petanque court and a basketball hoop are also at your disposal.
The parking is free.
Electric charging station for vehicles (extra charge).
Private SPA on reservation and in supplement, assignment of 2 hours maximum.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
A dog is on site as well as hens, roosters and geese.
No noise after 10 pm.
No parties, no nightlife on the estate.
