Welcome to "1525 Hardy" in Soustons!
This house is a 3-star furnished holiday home with a huge garden surrounded by nature.
It is 200 m², has 5 bedrooms, a garden, terraces and a private swimming pool, and can accommodate up to twelve people.
The location is ideal: close to all amenities, 1.9 km from the village center and an 8-minute drive from the lake.

Accommodation
The house is 200 m² in size, with 4000 M2 of grounds, two furnished terraces, a 10 x 5 M private swimming pool and a 7-person Jacuzzi (Jacuzzi and pool operational from 01/05/2024).
Equally warm and well-appointed, it comprises five bedrooms with five double beds and 2 single bunk beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room for relaxing after an intense day. Three bedrooms are integrated into the main house, and 2 others are independent studios: one by the pool (one double bed and 2 single bunk beds), the other more isolated in the grounds (one double bed). The shower rooms are in the main house.
The house is in the heart of the countryside, on the edge of pine woods, in the hamlet of Hardy in Soustons: not overlooked and totally immersed in the Landes countryside. The 4000M2 park is planted with magnificent trees, including magnolias, liquidambars and cedars. It's not out of the question for deer and hinds to pay you a discreet visit in this estate where it's good to relax.

You'll be staying in a peaceful area, 1.9 km from the village center and 8 minutes by car from the pond. Cycle paths are within easy reach, just 8 minutes by bike from the house, and the famous Vélodyssey awaits you for beautiful rides in the Landes forests.
All amenities are nearby: bars, restaurants, shops... A Leclerc supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away, and you'll find all the shops you need in the center of Soustons.
The location of the accommodation will be an asset for discovering: the Arènes 3 min away, the beaches of Soustons 15 min away, the Ponton du Lac d'Azur 14 min away, and much more...
