The house is equipped with garden 2200m2 fully fenced, perfect for outdoor games and children.
Ideally located in a quiet area for a rest and unforgettable private evenings. Very close to the center of Soulac city (800m), only ten minutes to reach by foot or in less than two minutes by bike, the different beaches are at almost the same distance.
An internet box is active and available in the house.
12 bicycles are also available on site.
