Its essence is comfort and of course its proximity to both the center, 300 m, and the beach, another 300 m. but without the noise that they generate. And its very large roof terrace protected from the easterly wind, where you can have breakfast, dinner or sunbathe, with beautiful views and surrounded by plants in flower boxes, is climbing 16 steps. It has free equipment for paddle surfing, surfing, body boarding, horse riding, taking bicycles or relaxing on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. Included free: bed linen, towels, flat screen TV with cable channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, blender, kettle, fruit juicer, and all the necessary utensils), furnished and landscaped roof terrace, with views of the sea, beach, town, wetlands, mountains of Vejer, El Palmar, Trafalgar and La Breña. On clear days you can see Africa and Cape Spartel. It has air conditioning / heat pump / dehumidifier, fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer (on the roof next to the clothesline)
This apartment is located on the second floor of a typical two-storey town house. Renovated in 2021, it is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach and 2 from the town center.
It is also located just one hour from Seville airport, 2 hours from Malaga airport, and 20 minutes from the "Bahía Sur San Fernando" train station, which communicates directly with Madrid's Atocha station.
The apartment is ideal for working, since in addition to a Wi-Fi connection, it has furniture (chairs and work tables) and adequate lighting. Also, if you need meeting rooms or if one day you want to change the space, you have "corkerspace", a coworking space that is only 5 minutes from the apartment.
It is a very functional, beautiful and fully equipped apartment. It has a comfortable living room with TV, an office-style kitchen, a room with three 90 cm beds, another room with a 1.35 m double bed and a bathroom with a shower with massage jets. In addition, you will love enjoying a spectacular private roof terrace decorated with tables, chairs and a sofa. This space is shared with the neighbors on the ground floor, although each dwelling has an independent space with its own furniture.
