Aba Dalí Blue Silver ApartmentIt highlights its comfort, its sustainability, its class, its style, the quality of its furniture, appliances and kitchenware. Its essence is comfort and of course proximity to both the center, 300 m, and the beach, another 300 m. but without the noise they generate. And its very large roof terrace protected from the east wind, where having breakfast, dinner or sunbathing, with beautiful views and surrounded by plants in planters, means climbing 16 steps. It has equipment - free - for paddle surfing, surfing, body boarding, horse riding, taking bicycles or lying quietly on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, flat-screen TV with cable channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, roof terrace with views of the sea, beach, countryside and mountains of Vejer, El Palmar, Trafalgar and La Breña. On clear days you can see Africa and Cape Spartel.
It has air conditioning/heat pump, dehumidifier and a fully equipped kitchen.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a typical two-storey town house. Renovated in 2021, it is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach and 2 from the town center.
It is also located just one hour from Seville airport, 2 hours from Malaga airport, and just 20 minutes from the Bahía Sur San Fernando train station, which communicates with the Atocha station in Madrid.
The apartment is ideal for working, since in addition to a Wi-Fi connection, it has furniture (chairs and work tables) and adequate lighting. Also, if you need meeting rooms or if one day you want to change the space, you have "corkerspace", a coworking space that is only 5 minutes from the apartment.
It is a very functional, beautiful and fully equipped apartment. It has a comfortable living room with TV, an office-type kitchen, a room with three 90 cm beds, another room with a 1.50 m double bed and a bathroom with a shower with massage jets. In addition, you will love enjoying a spectacular private roof terrace decorated with tables, chairs and a sofa. This space is shared with the neighbors on the ground floor, although each dwelling has an independent space with its own furniture.
On the second floor of this house in Conil, which is where the “aba Silver Dalí Blue” apartment is located, there is another of our apartments, “aba Golden Dalí Blue”. Both apartments are adjoining and communicate through the hall.
