The space
You will enjoy a spacious and bright living room, equipped with a 55" smart TV, with double glazed windows leading to a balcony overlooking the communal area and facing the sea.
It has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, another with two single beds and another with a divan bed convertible into a double or two singles, all of them equipped with smart Tv.
There are two full bathrooms, one en suite with shower in the double bedroom and the other with bathtub for the other two bedrooms. Both are equipped with towels, shower gel and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible; Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
Baby equipment is available for a supplement. Includes babyjorn travel cot with mattress and sleeping bag, stokke folding bath, highchair with ikea tray and potty or bouncer.
The flat has a large parking space for guests in the same building and with direct lift to the parking without having to go outside.
The community has a communal area with swings and a swimming pool.

El espacio
Disfrutarás de un amplio y luminoso salón, equipado con smart TV de 55", con ventanas de climalit que dan a un balcón con vistas a la zona comunitaria y al mar.
Dispone de tres dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio, otro con dos camas individuales y otro con diván convertible en cama doble o dos individuales, todos ellos equipados con smart Tv.
Hay dos baños completos, uno en suite con ducha en el dormitorio de matrimonio y otro con bañera en los otros dos dormitorios. Ambos están equipados con toallas, gel de ducha y secador de pelo.
La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible; Cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, exprimidor, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora-secadora.
El equipamiento para bebés está disponible por un suplemento. Incluye cuna de viaje babyjorn con colchón y saco de dormir, bañera plegable stokke, trona con bandeja ikea y orinal o hamaca.
El piso dispone de una amplia plaza de parking para invitados en el mismo edificio y con ascensor directo al parking sin necesidad de salir al exterior.
La comunidad dispone de zona comunitaria con columpios y piscina.
