Tropical Colonial AbaOne of the historic apartments in Conil, since 2016 on Airbnb, with more than 180 reviews and a superhost for many years. Now almost always used by clients who repeat year after year or pass it on by word of mouth, it is difficult to book. This apartment is located on the first floor of a typical one-storey Conil house. Renovated in 2015 and improved year after year, it is located just 4 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the town center.
It is also located just one hour from Seville airport, 2 hours from Malaga airport, and just 20 minutes from the Bahía Sur San Fernando train station, which communicates with the Atocha station in Madrid.
The apartment is ideal for working during long periods, since in addition to having a good Wi-Fi connection, it has adequate furniture (chairs and work tables) and adequate lighting. Also, if you need meeting rooms or if one day you want to change the space, you have "corkerspace", a coworking space that is only 5 minutes from the apartment.
It is a very functional, beautiful and fully equipped apartment. It has a comfortable living room with TV with an office-type kitchen, a room with three 110 cm beds. another room with a double bed of 1.50m and a bathroom with shower.
