Luxury villa recently renovated
The villa is located in Cala Montgó, in a privileged location with incredible views of Cap de Creus and Canigou. 8 minutes walk from Cala Montgó beach and 5 minutes from illa Mateua.
The villa has a huge kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a very bright living-dining room with terrace with sea views.
It has 5 bedrooms, including two suites (190 x 190 beds), another double bed (150 x 190) and two others with single beds. In the two bedrooms on the upper floor you have access to a chill out terrace where you can contemplate the view of the sea and the Catalan Pyrenees.
3 bedrooms have air conditioning. The other 2 bedrooms are naturally cooler.
It also has a private swimming pool (12x6 m) with furniture to enjoy the holidays. Private parking space outside and private lighted petanque court.
