This harmonious type 3 apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small, sought-after residence with unobstructed sea views. The entrance hall, with a cupboard, leads into the living room, which opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen area (pyrolysis oven, fridge, 2-burner vitro hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher). The living room has a large balcony with sea view. The apartment has 2 opposite bedrooms, with 2 90cm beds and a 140cm bed in the sea-view bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and WC. All amenities are within walking distance, and there is private outdoor parking.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
