2-room apartment in the heart of downtown Annecy.
Discover the city center, the Bonlieu theater, Le Paquier and the lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the living room a sofa bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with TV, WiFi and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Parking is available in neighboring streets (paid during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Bonlieu parking lots (ask at reception for a "short-stay" rate).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
