Magnificent 370 m2 fenced property in the heart of the quiet, flower-filled village of Louvemont. The "Le Blaiseron" stream runs pleasantly alongside the gîte, making it ideal for walks to the footbridge, canal, skatepark, several playgrounds, cycle path...

The buildings are L-shaped,
The first part houses a well-appointed open-plan kitchen and a large 80m2 living room on the ground floor, plus a toilet.
On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. One bedroom with 3 single beds and another with a double bed share a shower room and toilet.
In the other part of the building are 5 bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower room. One of the 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor, and is classified as a reduced-mobility room with an American-style shower.
The other 4 very spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, each with toilet and shower room. Heated, fenced-in 36 m2 swimming pool, private parking for 5 vehicles.
The courtyard is ideal for younger children to play, while older children can enjoy a game of badminton (rackets available), pétanque balls, table tennis with rackets...
There's also a pool table and a ping-pong table outside, as well as a drum set.
Family tree-trekking park 500 m from the house. 50 m from the property is a multisport field (table soccer, skate park, slide, climbing spider) and a lovely playground for the little ones. From Louvemont, you can take the 8 km bike path to the lake, and there are many opportunities for hiking and biking on the marked trails. Forest nearby.
Lac du Der offers a multitude of water sports: paddle, sail, jet ski, etc.
In October, Fête de la grue et de la Migration. A privileged meeting place with nature for birdwatching, walks and specialist activities.
Nearest equestrian center at Laneuville à Rémy, horse racing at Montier-en-Der, educational farm at Frampas. Château de Cirey sur Blaise, where Voltaire spent part of his life, the Musée du pays du Der in Sainte Marie du Lac, Metallurgic Park in Dommartin le Franc.
IMPORTANT: 7-day minimum rental in July/August and 2 or 3-night minimum rental the rest of the year.
Pets accepted on request (maximum 2 pets/stay) for a supplement of 15€/day. Animal deposit: 100€.
Linen (tea towels, tablecloths, 15 towels and 15 bath sheets): included in the rental price, as well as bed linen and energy costs. All beds are made up on arrival. Deposit of €1,000 on arrival, returned 8 days after your departure if the gîte is in good condition. Single-storey bedroom. Folding seat in shower, wide access to bathroom without door, bar next to toilet.
We welcome you and give you the keys.
