Entrance with storage space. Living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed 2X80cm (convertible to 160cm), opening onto a large balcony facing south and west with a lovely view of the mountains and forest.
Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large new oven, Senseo and Magimix Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds + 1 drawer bed (80cm) for a child.
Fully renovated bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC.
