We'll give you all the practical information you need to enjoy the nearby towns, beaches and natural landscapes of Axarquía and the Costa del Sol.
-Close to the sea:
The apartment is just a three-minute walk from the magnificent beach of Torre de Benagalbón, from whose terrace you can see the sea. Also nearby are supermarkets (Mercadona) and all kinds of stores and restaurants, as well as a sports complex (sports center and tennis and paddle-tennis courts) and the Añoreta golf course. Less than five minutes' walk away are the museum collection and the remains of Villa Antioca, one of Spain's best-preserved Roman villas.
-Getting around:
Very good freeway links with the entire Costa del Sol and in a prime location for getting to know some of Andalusia's main cities (Malaga is less than 30 minutes away by car and Granada less than an hour and a half). You can also use public transport to get to Malaga or to Vélez Málaga, Torre del Mar and other towns on the coast.
-Please note:
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. Smoking is permitted on the apartment terrace.
BATH: The main bathroom has been completely renovated and the bathtub shown in the photos has been replaced by a comfortable and spacious shower.
CHECK IN: Late check-in. Arrival at the accommodation is from 3:00 pm, but we endeavor to receive our guests at the time they need, on request. Late check-in service: €90 for arrivals after 10:00 pm.
PETS: Pets: Pets are welcome, owners will be responsible for the animal's welfare and any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the owners' community must be taken into account. 20 € will be charged on arrival for the cleaning of each pet. We can provide a bed and a feeder/drinker on request.
