Apartment with magnificent sea views from the living room, bedrooms and terrace. It has a community pool and free parking. Exceptionally well located for enjoying the beautiful natural beaches of Manilva and other nearby towns such as Estepona, Marbella or the Strait of Gibraltar. It has three very bright bedrooms, a living-dining room, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath) and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a free PARKING space in the same building.

We even have parking in a nearby building.

From the living room, bedrooms and large terrace, you can enjoy a unique perspective on the surroundings, with beautiful sea views. Just a five-minute drive from the region's beautiful beaches, such as Tubalitas, El Gobernador or the pristine beach of Chullera.

Well-connected by freeway to the entire Costa del Sol, Sotogrande and Campo de Gibraltar. Nearby, you can enjoy a wide variety of beaches, beautiful white villages and roads through natural landscapes.

The apartment is opposite the beach, around 150 meters away, but to get there you'll need a car, a journey of around five minutes.
Arrival at the apartment is from 3:00 p.m., but we do our best to accommodate guests at the time they need, on request. IMPORTANT: Guests will not be received after 8:00 pm. Departure must be before 11:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Smoking is permitted on the apartment terrace.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE: The house can accommodate up to six people. If booked for six people, no other guests may be added, whether adults, children or babies.
