This stone house is adjoining the owners' house and is not overlooked. On the first floor, you enter through the living room with TV, sofa and internet access. There are 2 steps down to the fully-equipped kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave. Separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, and a shower room with 2 basins, WC and walk-in shower. Public parking in front of the gîte. Fully enclosed 300 m2 garden (currently being planted) with 15 m2 terrace with plancha and garden furniture. Bicycle storage available on site.
