We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-André-d'Embrun, this charming flat within a chalet of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 80 m² and a terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a radiator.
- A shower room with shower, clothes line, storage unit.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² with roof and furniture as well as a garden of about 80 m², enclosed and separate, exposed to the sun in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (charcoal not provided), high chair, baby bed.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-André-d'Embrun, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops within a few kilometres.

- Embruns at 5 kms.
- Winter: ski slope at 6km, possibility of public transport.
- All activities around the lake of Serre Ponçon at 9 kms: nautical base, water level, beach, sailing, windsurfing, water games...
- Bicycle and boat hire, kite-surfing school, canoeing and kayaking club, UCPA RAFT
- Visits to the Boscodon abbey at 15 km / cheese dairies, honey factories.
- Visit to the Serre-Ponçon lake dam museum.
- Saturday morning market in Embrun with all the local products (night markets in summer).
- All mountain sports activities with reception offices in the town centre (rafting, climbing, paragliding, white water swimming, canyoning, guided hikes, mountain bike hire, supervised mountain bike trips ......)
- 4 ski resorts around Embrun (ORRES 28 mn by shuttle), RISOUL-VARS 40mn, CREVOUX 27 mn, REALLON 33 mn
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the flat (1 vehicle except camping car).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Embrun train station located at about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at about 2h30 by car.

- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of €15/stay. It is forbidden to leave them alone in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement on the spot).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made on site).
