The "Torre San Pancrazio" is set high above the sea on the Ansedonia promontory, which forms the southern boundary of the Argentario Gulf. It is one of the most beautiful places on the entire Tuscan coast. The panorama is exceptionally beautiful, stretching from the island of Giannutri, on the coast, to the Argentario mountain. On a clear day, you can see Sardinia and Corsica. Behind, the Maremma, with its picturesque villages of Capalbio, Pitigliano and Manciano. Here, the Etruscans left indelible traces that can be admired time and again. Nearby, the lagoon of Orbetello, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, are all localities frequented by Italian and foreign high society. In Ansedonia you'll find all the services, stores and restaurants you need. The tower stands on a private, gated property that includes two other homes with shared access gates, each with its own parking area and a slope leading down to the sea, ensuring complete privacy. A unique feature of the tower is the fact that you can access the sea directly from the terraces, by descending a staircase, allowing access to the crystal-clear waters amidst the rocks. The shaded dining table on a natural terrace on the rocks is particularly popular, providing delicious breakfasts caressed by the sea breeze. The structure, being a very particular tower with its curved walls, bathrooms emerging from huge walls, and spiral staircases, is not very suitable for people with a heavy build. It's a uniquely charming accommodation with highly original and comfortable furnishings. Included in the price is a daily cleaning service from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, as well as maintenance of the exterior fittings. Wi fi internet connection. ACCOMMODATION: (300 m2) Ground floor: entrance, dining room with window overlooking the sea and access to the equipped terrace, kitchen (2 ovens, microwave, freezer, dishwasher), laundry room (washing machine), 2 double bedrooms with sea view, one with bathroom with bath and one with bathroom with shower, small single bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: 1 double bedroom with sea view and direct access to terrace, 1 bathroom with shower.
1st summer: (15 steps) large living room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to two large furnished terraces.
2nd summer: (12 steps up a spiral staircase): small living room with fireplace and access to the outside.
3rd summer: (9 steps up a spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Air conditioning.
4°Et.: (10 steps up a spiral staircase): exceptional terrace at the top of the tower, where you can enjoy the sunshine and overlook the surrounding area.
