This fully renovated fisherman's cottage is ideally located near the Petite Mer de Gâvres. Built on 2 levels, with a surface area of approx. 60 m2, it benefits from a terrace with a picnic table and barbecue (access with right-of-way) and a garden shed.
This warmly decorated vacation home sleeps 4. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the south-facing living room. The first floor comprises a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms, each with access to a shared shower room (2 sleeping 90 and 1 140). The property is also equipped with WIFI (Fiber).
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services: bed linen set 90 = 15 €, bed linen set 140 = 18 €, bed linen set 160 = 22 €, bath towel = 5 €, bed made up on arrival 5 € per bed, set of 2 tea towels 4 €, baby cot 15 €, WIFI box when accommodation not equipped 39 €/week.
