Lovely 25 square meter studio apartment in Annecy
This modern, designer studio apartment with sunny balcony at the gateway to the old town sleeps 2.
It has been renovated to solve previous problems of damp and mildew.
Take the opportunity to stroll or shop in the pedestrian streets, or rent a boat or bike to explore the lake in a different way.
Accommodation
This bright accommodation is perfect for visiting the city and mountains. Located on the second floor with elevator, it adjoins a second studio with which it shares a small entrance hall.
The studio comprises a living area with a double bed, a quiet balcony facing south-east, an open, fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hob, fridge), and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The following facilities are available: vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan, WiFi, TV, soap kit, shampoo, shower gel per person.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at extra cost.
As this accommodation does not have a key box, we allow arrivals up to 10pm. After this time and for whatever reason, no keys can be handed over.
The studio's location is a real asset. Avenue du Pont Neuf is ideally located. You'll also be close to the main roads into Annecy, as well as the train station. The Promenade Louis Lachenal will take you to the heart of the old town by walking along the Thiou river (+/-10 minutes) and discovering: the Musée-Château d'Annecy, the Jardins de l'Europe, the Palais de I'Île, the Pont des Amours, and many more... All amenities are nearby: bars, restaurants, shops... A Carrefour City supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away.
