Lack of staff to ensure regular maintenance of the premises. Result: abuse from certain customers, especially in terms of noise... This went on until late at night (1am!!) on several evenings during our stay... It's a shame, because the 3 staff members were very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was very nice! We appreciated the pool and spa, but they will quickly deteriorate without maintenance.
