We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Marseilles, this charming new apartment (2022) near the park Borely and the beach, of a surface of 41 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!
The west-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² facing South/West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the Carre d'or of Marseille in a residential area, in a very pleasant environment next to the Parc du Borely. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
By staying in this apartment you make the choice of a typical and sought after area for its quality of life, between the city, the sea and the countryside / mountains.
You will be able to visit the castle of Borely and the museum of contemporary art The Mac, to walk the streets of the city and to go to the old port of Marseille, to leave at sea since the port of the Red Point. Discover the famous Calanque of Marseille at 5 minutes by bike, visit the village of Goudes at 10 minutes by car...
You will find next to it the Smuc and the velodrome at 5 minutes by bus.
Events : the Delta Festival, the Festival of Marseille, the festival of Aix en Provence...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the secured parking in the basement of the residence on the place n°20 (1 vehicle).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus : line 44 and 45.
- Nearest train station: Marseille train station located at about 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transportation.
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport located about 32 minutes away by car and 1h10 by public transportation.
Other remarks :
- The bike room is secure and locked. It is not directly accessible from the street.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Sheets and towels are not provided.
