Casa Sinead, a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa with swimming pool, is ideally suited for family groups. It is located in Quinta das Pias, close to Carvoeiro. Sesmarias is just 200m away with a few cafés, restaurants and also a convenience store.
The professionally-cleaned accommodation has three air-conditioned double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms the bed can be made as a double or two singles.
The large living/dining area includes a log-burning fire, a flat-screen television with access to British channels and free Wi-Fi. The fully-fitted and equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.
The villa has a fenced garden with a large terrace that offers comfortable seating for al-fresco dining together with a charcoal barbecue.
The villa sleeps six people and is 169m². Air conditioning is available throughout the property which also provides heat during the winter.
The swimming pool has a large terraced space surrounding it to the rear of the villa. The pool can even be heated for an additional cost.
The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away.
There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the villa. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.
If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.
We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.
No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.
