It is accessible with keys, which you will receive from the host, and is on the second floor without an elevator. With beautiful wooden furnishings, it comprises a bedroom with a large box-spring bed with comfort mattress; a fully equipped kitchen; a shower room; a dining area and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.

Ideally located close to the beach, friendly restaurants, the old port, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Boulevard de la Croisette, Notre Dame d'Espérance and Château de la Castre. Here are some good addresses close to the accommodation: Tredici Italian restaurant in Rue Louis Perrissol (highly recommended), Le XXIV restaurant in Rue du Suquet (very popular). We also recommend a trip to the Lérins islands (Sainte-Marguerite and Saint Honorat). Boats sail daily. Tickets can be purchased at the pier.
For everyday shopping, there's a small supermarket at the end of the street (1 minute walk) and a larger one a 5-minute walk away.
