The agency was closed and we picked up the envelope in the box. We had a hard time finding the right address, but luckily we had someone on the phone who pointed us in the right direction and acknowledged the mistake. Very dirty accommodation, no space for storage, the owners had left their belongings, the mattresses were dirty and torn open. No mattress covers or pillows, the heating was not on. Some of the remote controls for the heating didn't work. The baking trays were too small for the oven: unstable. Toaster didn't work. Bad bedding. Curtain fell down.
