We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Brantôme, this charming house on one level with a vintage decoration, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² with an above ground pool. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bath and WC.
Outside :
- An above ground swimming pool (private, not heated) of 5m×2.5m open all year round.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Brantôme in the Périgord, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You can benefit from all essential shops at 8 km.
Activities :
- Tourist sites: Périgueux (city of art and history), Saint-Jean-de-Côle (charming village)...
- Sporting activities: starting point for numerous hiking and GR trails, cycling...
- Cultural visits: the Vesunna museum (journey to the heart of the Gallo-Roman era)...
- Gastronomic heritage: the Périgord truffle, the Périgord chestnut, the Bréjaude...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perigueux train station is about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport located at about 1h50 by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Breakfast option: 5€/person, request and payment to our service provider on site.
