CAMBO, C351 : T3 apartment in a beautiful new condominium. On the 1st floor without elevator, this apartment offers a large living room with open kitchen. A large bay window opens onto the 10m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, cookware and crockery for 4 people. The bedrooms sleep 4: 1 with a 140cm bed + closet, and 1 with two 80cm beds + closet. One parking space is allocated to the apartment, and a bike room is available in the residence.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (fee payable to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (cleaning service available at extra cost).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
