Cluttered but warm apartment, well-equipped, conveniently located and quiet. Good bedding. Pleasant view from balcony. Cleaning left much to be desired: dust, crumbs, dirty coffee maker. Doors and handles squeak at the slightest touch. Refrigerator door defective. Freezer pitted with rust. Friendly contact with the local agency in charge of reception.
