Property for exclusive use
Small villa with private swimming pool for up to 6 persons with one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 beds, one double sofa bed in the living room and one bathroom with shower. The property has internet, TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. Guests will also find a large, fenced garden, a stonework barbecue, an outdoor table and parking.

The property is surrounded by a large, fenced garden with a swimming pool which is partly below ground, 3m by 7 with a depth of 1.3 m, complete with a solar hot water shower. There are also sunbeds, a gazebo with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue, a sink and cooking area. Parking within the property.
Interior
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, a double sofa bed and direct access to the garden, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (which can be converted into a double), one bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furniture is simple but complete.

Villino il Campone is in a quiet position, surrounded by woods and not too far from a small town.
