I live in Cannes, 30 minutes from this apartment.
The keys will be handed over in person between 4:00 and 8:00 pm, depending on how long it takes 2 travelers to prepare the apartment; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site to help you settle in as smoothly as possible, and I'll even be able to give you addresses and current tips!
On the day of your departure, a check-out will take place at 10:00 am.
I'll be available by text or phone if you need me, and I can come to you to sort out any problems!
A welcome guide will be in the apartment to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You're a 22-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals for MIPIM, MIPTV, LE FESTIVAL DU FILM, LIONS, LES CANNES SERIES, YACHTING FESTIVAL, TAX FREE, MAPIC, MIPCOM, ILTM and more.
You're just a 9-minute walk from the Croisette beach for sunbathing, drinks or dinner!

Notes
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: 4€ per person per day)
A deposit of 1000€ will be required for all bookings made via the swikly application.
It is compulsory to take out holiday liability insurance to cover your stay. Failure to do so will render the tenant liable in the event of a claim, and the property manager cannot be held responsible in any way.

Bed linen and towels are included.
An internet box with wifi is available in the apartment.
Cot or high chair available on request for an additional fee of €25 per item to be paid on site (bed linen not included).
We can provide an additional linen kit during your stay for an additional fee of €30 per bed.
All arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm will be subject to an additional charge of 50€ (please note that we do not issue keys after 11.00 pm).
Departures are at 10am.
Final cleaning is included in your reservation, but we ask you to wash the dishes before you leave and to put all your garbage in the garbage can in the residence. Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning charge of 20€.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, should our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a deduction from your security deposit of at least €300.
SWIMMING POOL RULES
As the Résidence's syndic, we would like to remind you of the points in the
swimming pool rules which must be observed.
USE :
Use of the private swimming pool is strictly reserved for tenants of the
Residence.
SWIMMING SEASON :
Beginning of May to end of September each year adaptable according to weather conditions.
LIABILITY :
Users are informed that the pool is not under the supervision of a qualified person
or authorized by the co-ownership. Consequently, all users accept responsibility
responsibility in the event of an accident caused by a breach of these rules. The
children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by adults and under their supervision
in the pool area.
The pool can be a serious hazard for your children. Drowning can happen very quickly. Visit
