About this apartment
Very nice renovated apartment in the residence Côte Brune 3 of 30 m² - large balcony of 7 m², raised ground floor, south exposure. Can accommodate 5 people (ideal for 2 adults and 3 children)
Residence with guard and digicode.
Ideal location : Center of the resort, close to shops and restaurants - At the foot of the slopes, in front of the ESF meeting point and 100m from the ski lifts (Jandri express which brings you to the glacier at 3600). Departure/return skis on foot.
The accommodation
The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable:
Mountain corner at the entrance with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed (90x190cm).
The living room with wall cupboard, a convertible sofa (160x200cm) with a real comfortable mattress, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, vitro plate, coffee machine, raclette-fondue-crepe machine, toaster, kettle), 2 TV, washing machine with dryer
You have a balcony of 7m2 with a very nice view on a garden with trees.

No party in the apartment. Non-smoking area also.
Quiet and family residence.
Animals not accepted.
You will have to clean the apartment before your departure. The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

Upon reservation, a contract will be sent to you and a deposit check must be sent or a transfer of the same amount made.
You will have to clean the house before your departure. A deposit will be requested by check or cash.
The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
