Property for exclusive use
Country house dating back to the 20th century with exclusive swimming pool, able to accommodate, with its surface area of 250 m2, 7 people with 2 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The external spaces are characterized by a large garden, a swimming pool for exclusive use and a loggia equipped for lunches. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, high chair and cot.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villa Votanidi is located in a very quiet position with panoramic views over the countryside and surrounding hills. The villa's garden, for the exclusive use of guests, features a large lawn and a gazebo equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining or pleasant moments of relaxation. Approximately 100 meters from the house is the swimming pool, reserved for guests, measuring 9x5 with a depth varying from 1.5 to 2.9 meters, surrounded by a paved surface in Tuscan terracotta and equipped with sunbeds and a shower. Next to the pool is a small outbuilding with a small living room and 1 bathroom with shower. The janitor's house is next door. Parking on the property.
Interiors
The interior spaces are refined and equipped with antique furniture. On the raised first floor (11 steps) you'll find a spacious living room with TV and access from the outside, 1 small breakfast room, 1 double bedroom with panoramic windows, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub, 1 single bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, with 1 single bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor, which is partly underground with high windows opening from the ground, there is a large old-style kitchen with fireplace, a dining room, a laundry room (washing machine, dishwasher), 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with small bathtub.
Location
Villa Votanidi lies in a quiet, hilly position, with a beautiful view over the woods and surrounding countryside.

Important information.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/9. Access via 1.5 km of unpaved dirt road not suitable for low-slung cars.
The janitor, who looks after the property, lives about 100 m from the villa, opposite the pool.
