We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Juvat, this charming house of a surface of 112 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...

The house is ideally located in Saint-Juvat, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist visits, cruises, various nautical activities.
- At only 12 kilometers from the city of Dinan, medieval city with the port of the Rance where you can rent boats without license or canoes.
- 40 kilometers from the coast and its beaches: Dinard, Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
- Events: medieval festivals organized in summer by the city of Dinan (12 km), Armor music festival in Bobital (12kms from the accommodation)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the asphalt courtyard of the lodging which can accomodate from 4 to 5 vehicles or in the private garage which can accomodate a car type sedan.

- Nearest train station: Dinan train station located at 13.5 kilometers (16 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport at 48.5 kilometers (47 minutes by car)
