You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchenette (2-burner hob, microwave, mini-oven, multi-cooker, fridge...) with dining area and TV, a spacious bedroom with 2 140x190 beds, a mezzanine bed with 90x190 bed, a dressing room, an armchair with coffee table and a TV. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC. Outside, motorbike/bike shed with ping-pong table, private garden furniture and plancha. Beds will be made up on arrival, linen (tea towels, tablecloths), heating and electricity, end-of-day cleaning included in the price. Dog supplement: 10?/day. All shops and amenities on site. Additional 10?/night/person for 3rd and 4th person. Bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children?s seats available on reservation from the owners (5?/day/person). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from S?zanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Adjoining apartment with separate entrance, parking, outdoor play area for children, shared courtyard and garden. Heated, covered swimming pool option to be booked with the owners - 2-hour pool: 5?/adult/boat (free for children). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station? 15 km, winery visits, Provins and its medieval city, Ch?teau de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Grand ?tang de p?che 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, so you can book a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch, a visit to our winery and a tasting of our champagne. Reservation of our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evening in our reception room upon reservation. In late August and early September, we can take you to listen to the stag roar.
