On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, a shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a 'children's' bedroom with 2 90x190 bunk beds, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a WC with washbasin and a master suite with 140x190 bed and shower room (shower + washbasin +1 WC). Outside, you'll enjoy a 100 m? small garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and tent. For children, there's a slide, baby swing and rocking crocodile. Secure parking for 2 vehicles (garage + space in front of the garage). Beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, heating and electricity are extra at 8€/day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, and 1h30 from Paris, the gite de la Bouvotte is the ideal place for a get-together with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (2 folding beds available at an additional cost of ?10/day/person), you'll find all the comforts you need for young and old alike (toys, baby equipment, board games...). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: M?morial Chomedey in the village, hiking trails, Champagne vineyards 15 minutes away (tasting possible with the owners), Troyes city center (Museums, Churches, Cit? du Vitrail...) and factory outlets 30 minutes away...
